This Privacy Policy explains how Abazzo d.o.o. Beograd (“Abazzo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Lullaby — Baby Tracker mobile application (the “App”). We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

Lullaby provides gentle, pattern-based observations (for example, comparing today's sleep to yesterday's). These are informational only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional with any questions about your child's health.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising. We share data only with service providers (“processors”) who help us run the App, under contracts that require them to protect it:
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and our service.
Some of our processors are located outside Serbia and the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States). Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete all of your data at any time from within the App (Profile → Privacy & account → Delete account & data), which permanently removes your babies, logs, growth, milestones, and account. Backups are purged on a rolling basis thereafter.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, export, and restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. You can exercise the core of these rights directly in the App, or by contacting us at contact@abazzodigital.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
Lullaby is designed for use by parents and caregivers aged 18 and over. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly allow children to create accounts. The App stores information about an infant or child that the responsible adult chooses to record; that adult controls and is responsible for this content.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, authenticated access, and access controls that scope each account's data to that account. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App.
